Refund requests are accepted for damaged, defective, wrong or missing products delivered to the customer.
2. Refund Request Time
Customers must report refund-related issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Product Condition
Products must be unused, in original packaging and with invoice or proof of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Customized products, installed electrical items, customer-damaged items and clearance sale items are not eligible for refund.
5. Refund Process
Once the product is inspected and approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method or bank account.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-7 working days depending on bank or payment gateway processing time.
7. Cancellation Refunds
Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for full refund. Orders cancelled after dispatch may incur shipping charges.
